It's been a while. Quick update on Memorial Weekend. I saw Lizzie McGuire (don't laugh!) with Cece on Thursday. I thought it was pretty cute for a tween movie. Friday, I was lazy at home during the day. Then I had dinner at Mimi's Cafe and saw Daddy Day Care with Anne and Wilson. We totally intended to see Bruce Almighty but it was sold out. Daddy Day Care was surprisingly funny. Not too bad of a movie. Hm. Saturday was family day. I also rented Catch Me If You Can. Now that's worth seeing and made a belt with the material leftover from a purse I made a while back.

Sunday I saw Bruce Almighty with my friend Carmen, window shopped a little (I'm broke) and had a dinner at Applebee's with both our families. Monday I went to the beach with friends. Well, some friends. Lots of friends ended up not coming, but it was fun anyway. I'm a little sun burned I think. Wilson got really burned. =\ Aloe vera, buddy. Aloe vera. So yeah. That was my weekend.

This week has been and will be INSANELY hot. Ugh. Next week will most likely still be disgustingly hot and busy. Here's the schedule:
all week: Spirit Week, work on Last Chance
Monday: Miss TC practice
Tuesday: Miss TC practice?
Wednesday: Miss TC practice??
Thursday: Miss TC Pageant
Friday: Renaissance assembly, yearbook early distribution, Last Chance Dance
Saturday: SAT IIs, explorer(?) expo

Whee. So, buy a Yearbuck, and GO TO SOUPLANTATION TOMORROW (MAY 29TH) for an ASB fundraiser from 5-8 pm. Bring the flyer!
