I think I'm going to die of impatience before any college letters come. I almost had a freakin heart attack today when a letter from USC came. It was just about financial aid - again. They really should stamp that on the front of the envelope if they're going to send so much mail so I don't flip out every time. And that's all I'm going to say about college, since it's basically the topic of er... every conversation lately.

So Saturday was the Camellia Parade. We decorated the float for the Camellia Court (six cuuuute little kids) on Friday. We finished a lot faster than we thought we would. Yay! Headed to McDonald's afterwards, and I ended up watching Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels later that night. Funny/clever/cool movie! Yay for Guy Ritchie. Next goal: watch Snatch. I really didn't do much this weekend, which was actually kinda nice. I mean, after the parade on Saturday and hanging out at Pepe's afterwards for like 2(?) hours, I was kinda tired. Just lounged around the house the rest of the day, started a book, and watched Casablanca. Good movie. I guess there's always a reason why these things are classics.

As for today, ick. I was tired, disoriented, tired some more, and then I found out that I missed the voter registration deadline for the primary tomorrow by like two days because I didn't mail it immediately when I meant to. Oops. =/                posted here at @ 7:49 PM & 0 comments
